Within the first 30 days (hardware defects)
The product will be exchanged for an equivalent product or another product of the customer’s choice. If no equivalent product is available, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
- The return-without-exchange policy applies to defects in RAM, HDD, battery, charger, keyboard, and dead pixels on the LCD.
- Products exchanged or returned within the first 30 days must be in the same original condition as at purchase, free of scratches and dents. If the product shows signs of wear, it will instead be handled under warranty when eligible.
For products under warranty
The company will repair or replace faulty/defective components for products still under warranty with us. We reserve the right to decline warranty and accept no responsibility for the product in the following cases:
- The device is dropped, cracked, rusted, or damaged due to natural disasters, fire, short circuits, power surges, or other causes.
- The customer disassembles or repairs the machine themselves, the warranty seal or card is missing, or the warranty date on the card/seal has been altered.
- Software errors caused by the user or by viruses.
- No warranty is provided if the customer has modified the BIOS or the machine is BIOS-locked.
- No LCD warranty for cases of bruising, pressure marks, dust, or staining. Dead pixels on the LCD are covered according to each manufacturer’s policy (typically from 5–7 adjacent dead pixels).
- Within the first 30 days, the customer may exchange for another machine with a 10% depreciation fee (for machines with no defects).
- Customers may purchase an additional warranty package while the machine is still under Hưng Phát Laptop warranty, at a cost of 200,000 VND per month.
- For machines out of warranty: we will advise on replacement options or where to have them repaired. The company currently does not provide a repair service, so we will not take back out-of-warranty machines to fix issues for customers.
- The machine receives free software installation and cleaning throughout the customer’s period of use.
