Within the first 30 days from receiving the device
Products with manufacturer defects
If the product you purchased has a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days, Hưng Phát Laptop will provide a 1-for-1 exchange for a brand-new product with the same color option and configuration you selected.
If the product needed for the exchange is out of stock, Hưng Phát Laptop will arrange for you to exchange it for another product of equivalent value to the defective one, or receive a 100% refund.
Products without defects, returned or exchanged at your request
If the product has no defect but you wish to return it / exchange it for another product: Hưng Phát will inspect the machine’s condition and inform you directly of the buy-back value / the cost of exchanging for a new product.
Please note:
- The returned/exchanged product must retain 100% of its original appearance, with no scratches, dents, or marks in any location.
- The returned/exchanged product must include the complete box, all related documents, and meet the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Products with defects caused by the user
Returns and exchanges do not apply to products that:
- No longer retain 100% of their original shape, including: signs of heavy impact, dents, water damage, etc.
- Do not meet the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. In this case, Hưng Phát will help transfer the device to an authorized service center, and the customer bears the repair cost.
Note:
- Other exchange/return fees (if any): Hưng Phát will inform the customer directly of the applicable fee.
- Warranty start date:
- Purchased directly in-store: from the moment the device is successfully handed over.
- Purchased remotely: from the moment you successfully receive the device from the delivery service.
After the first 30 days until the end of the warranty period
Products with manufacturer defects
If the product has a manufacturer defect after the first 30 days, Hưng Phát will help send the device to a valid authorized service center for free repair.
Or: if you wish to return the defective product, Hưng Phát will inspect the machine’s condition and inform you directly of its buy-back value.

If the product has a defect caused by the user, Hưng Phát does not support returns or exchanges, only paid repair / component replacement.
