Ultra-portable Lenovo Slim and Slim Pro Laptops with high-end hardware.
Recently, Lenovo revealed the refresh of its ultra-portable laptop lineups: Yoga, Slim, and Slim Pro. These devices primarily target creative users, including the Slim Pro 9i, Slim Pro 7, Slim 7i, Yoga 7i, and Yoga 7 models. All laptop models will hit the shelves before this spring.
Lenovo has just announced its latest ultra-thin laptop lineup. Let’s take a look at what has been revealed so far.
First, the flagship Slim Pro 9i series launches with two screen options: 14.5-inch and 16-inch. Both screen sizes feature LCD and mini-LED panel options with resolutions of 3072 x 1920 and 3200 x 2000, respectively.
Configurations for both machines include 13th Gen CPU options: Intel Core i9-13905H or Core i7-13705H. Meanwhile, the 14.5-inch model will also offer a Core i5-13505H option. The accompanying graphics cards will range from Nvidia Geforce RTX 4050 to RTX 4070. Users can also upgrade the RAM up to 64GB and storage up to 1TB. Both the Slim Pro 9i 14.5-inch and 16-inch models will launch this coming May with starting prices of $1,700 and $1,800, respectively.
Next, the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 series will feature AMD Ryzen processors, ranging from the AMD Ryzen 7040 series to the Ryzen R7-7840HS. Graphics configurations include Nvidia RTX 3060 or RTX 4050. For the Slim Pro 7 series, Lenovo offers three 14.5-inch screen options with a 3072 x 1920 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The other two options feature a 90Hz refresh rate and 2560 x 1600 resolution, differing only in their Glossy or Matte coatings. Other specifications include 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The Slim Pro will be launched by Lenovo in two colors: Tidal Teal and Storm Grey. The device will have a starting price of $1,200 in the US.
Additionally, the Lenovo Slim 7i will be unveiled with a 14-inch screen, where users can choose between a 3K 2800 x 1880 resolution with a 90Hz refresh rate, or an FHD+ 1920 x 1200 OLED panel with a 60Hz refresh rate. The machine is also equipped with a 13th Gen power-efficient processor, the Core i7-1360P, combined with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The device will be released in two colors, Misty Grey and Storm Grey, starting from $1,179.99.
The two new Yoga laptop lines will include the Yoga 7i and Yoga 7. The Lenovo Yoga 7i will come with two 14-inch and 16-inch screen types, while the Yoga 7 will only offer one 16-inch screen option. According to additional information, the Yoga 7i will be equipped with 13th Gen Intel Core i5 or Core i7 chips, and the Yoga 7 will feature AMD Ryzen 5 and 7 7000U series chips. Both are equipped with LPDDR5 RAM, upgradable up to 16GB for the Yoga 7i and 64GB for the Yoga 7. Maximum storage for these two laptop lines will be 1TB for the Yoga 7i and 512GB for the Yoga 7. Both Lenovo Yoga lines will have starting prices of $800, with the Yoga 7i launching in April and the Yoga 7 in May.
