Breakthrough performance from RTX Spark laptops
RTX Spark chip is a completely new System-on-Chip (SoC), integrating a 20-core Arm processor based on NVIDIA’s Grace architecture along with a Blackwell GPU. AI processing capabilities reach up to 1 PFLOPs, paired with 128 GB of unified LPDDR5X memory, allowing large AI models to run directly on the device without an internet connection.
The integration of the Blackwell GPU means full support for advanced graphics technologies such as DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction and Multi-Frame Gen. This means RTX Spark laptops are not only powerful in AI but are also true graphics machines, capable of handling 3D rendering, 4K/8K video editing, and AAA gaming with superior performance compared to previous Arm-based machines.
During hands-on testing at the NVIDIA booth, experts tested games such as Alan Wake II, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and Fortnite. Although NVIDIA did not disclose exact FPS or temperature specifications, the visual performance was very smooth thanks to frame generation technology. This confirms that RTX Spark laptops are ready for both casual users and demanding gamers.
RTX Spark Laptops: Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra and ASUS ProArt P16 lead the trend
The Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra was the most impressive name, being the first device announced to run on the RTX Spark chip platform. The device features a slim and lightweight design, a sharp OLED screen, and especially 128 GB of integrated onboard memory.
ASUS is not far behind with the ProArt P16 “H7607” series. This model is equipped with a 4K 120Hz Lumina Pro OLED display with brightness up to 1600 nits, ideal for content creators. With a thickness of only 12.9mm and a weight of 1.77kg, the RTX Spark laptop from ASUS still ensures high portability. Additionally, the ASUS ProArt P14 was also launched with a more compact design, weighing under 1.5kg.
The HP OmniBook Ultra 16 is also a strong contender, with HP claiming it is the thinnest RTX Spark laptop with a thickness of only 15.73mm. The machine uses a cooling system with blower fans and large heat pipes, exhausting hot air to the rear for efficient heat dissipation. The Dell XPS 16 Creator Edition and MSI Prestige N16 Flip also make an appearance with their own advantages in battery life, display, and cooling capabilities.

The launch of this RTX Spark laptop series marks a new era for Windows PCs. Instead of relying on the cloud, users can now process complex AI tasks directly on their personal devices. RTX Spark Laptops will officially hit the shelves this fall.
NVIDIA has also announced the list of partners participating in the RTX Spark ecosystem, including ASUS, Dell, HP, Microsoft, MSI, and Lenovo. RTX Spark gaming laptops will be available in Fall 2026. The MSI Prestige N16 Flip also features a 99.9Whr battery and a vapor chamber operating below 18 dBA, while the Dell XPS 16 Creator Edition uses a Tandem OLED TrueBlack HDR 600 display.
