Nvidia N1X AI PC: Leaked new chip features performance close to RTX 5070

Nvidia N1X Ai Pc: Con Chip Mới Rò Rỉ, Hiệu Năng Tiệm Cận Rtx 5070

Nvidia continues to draw attention with the development of its AI PC processor, combining an Arm CPU and Blackwell GPU. Recently, the Nvidia N1X AI PC appeared for the second time on the Geekbench database, revealing many noteworthy details regarding hardware and performance.

GPU Configuration: Comparison with RTX 5070

According to the Geekbench listing, the Nvidia N1X features 48 Streaming Multiprocessors and 6,144 CUDA cores, a figure equivalent to the RTX 5070. Its OpenCL score reached 46,361, helping the N1X outperform all integrated GPUs from Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm.

Despite having a comparable number of CUDA cores, the N1X still has significant differences compared to the RTX 5070:

  • The RTX 5070 is equipped with 12GB GDDR7 with bandwidth of ٲGB/s, while the N1X only uses onboard LPDDR5X.
  • The N1X GPU clock speed only reaches 1.048 GHz, lower than the 2.3–2.512 GHz of the RTX 5070.
  • The total power consumption of the N1X is 120W, nearly half of the 250W of the RTX 5070.

Nvidia N1X AI PC: CPU and Notable Performance

On the CPU side, Geekbench shows that the N1X is equipped with 20 cores, divided into two 10-core clusters. Previous benchmark results showed a single-core score of 3,096 and a multi-core score of up to 18,837, comparable to many of the latest laptop CPUs from Intel and AMD.

However, experts warn that Geekbench results are for reference only as they can be easily manipulated, especially since this chip is likely just a technical prototype that is not yet fully optimized.

Launch Context and Forecast

According to Tom’s Hardware, the N1X specifications are very similar to the DGX Spark AI mini-PC series, which is believed to be a modified, more power-efficient version intended for general users.

Currently, Nvidia has not officially announced details regarding the launch timing or precise performance. However, expert predictions suggest that the Nvidia N1X AI PC could appear in Q1 2026, alongside the next wave of AI PCs from Microsoft.

The appearance of the N1X contributes to the trend showing that the AI PC segment is becoming a new racing field among tech giants, promising fierce competition in the coming years.
