Lenovo has officially introduced two brand-new ThinkPad models: the ThinkPad Z13 and Z16.
Both will be equipped with the AMD Ryzen Pro 6000 series platform featuring enhanced enterprise capabilities, featuring a design that differs from previous ThinkPad lines, a haptic touchpad similar to the Dell XPS 13 Plus and MacBook, and a webcam design that protrudes from the lid.
Regarding specific configurations, you can follow the table below:

The design, display, and build quality of the ThinkPad Z-series are noteworthy. The machines will feature a different design compared to current ThinkPad lines, moving away from the traditional all-black look to incorporate more metallic colors. The ThinkPad Z13 will feature a 13.3″ display and the ThinkPad Z16 a 16″ display; both will have a 16:10 aspect ratio with IPS panels featuring 400nits brightness and 1920 x 1200 resolution. Additionally, there will be 2.8K OLED options for the Z13 and 4K OLED for the Z16, both meeting Dolby Vision standards.
The webcam area of the Z-series will be slightly raised at the top edge of the device, featuring 1080p resolution. The keyboard on the Z13 will extend to the edges, while the Z16 will have a more compact layout, flanked by two large speaker strips that promise excellent audio quality. The typing experience is expected to maintain the high standards of the ThinkPad tradition.
The touchpad is also a highlight, equipped with haptic feedback that Lenovo calls the Haptic ForcePad, measuring 120mm. The palm rest area is also finished in glass, sitting on the same plane as the touchpad.
Regarding connectivity, the Z13 will have two USB-C ports, while the Z16 will have three, all supporting the USB4 standard. Additionally, both are equipped by Lenovo with a 3.5mm jack, fingerprint sensors, and the Z16 specifically includes an SD card slot. For wireless connectivity, both will feature Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, with an optional 4G LTE Cat 16. The ThinkPad Z13 will have a thickness of 13.99mm, a 50 Wh battery, and weigh 1.25kg, while the Z16 will be 15.8mm thick, feature a 70 Wh battery, and weigh 1.97kg. Official pricing for both has not yet been announced.
